Founded in 2009 by Ashlee & Chris Kleinert, Executives in Action (EIA) builds community by strengthening nonprofits.

EIA operates as a pro bono consulting firm that provides “service grants” to improve the productivity, efficiency and impact of charitable organizations. These grants include access to senior executive consultants who bring 15+ years of management experience in the specific area where they are consulting (i.e. a Chief Marketing Officer will build the marketing plan for a nonprofit).
